CLM Software, Incorporated, is a small Defense-simulation engineering services company located in the heart Ft. Rucker, Alabama, the “Home of Army Aviation.” CLM was founded in January 2003 by a partnership of engineers collectively representing more than thirty man-years of direct experience suporting a diversity of Army simulation requirements in the Training and Developmental Testing communities. CLM seeks to provide the best level of support possible for the tremendous number of legacy simulation systems remaining in service by gathering and preserving decades of institutional knowledge. Additionally, CLM provides engineering talent fluent in the selection- and application of the latest leading- and “bleeding-edge” technologies to serve emerging customer needs reliant upon the latest technology.
CLM Software has completed several short-term contracts providing direct, niche support of specialized training devices and presently maintains a full-time staff supporting contracts for both Defense and commmercial customers. CLM takes as its charter to recruit and retain qualified personnel with unique skillsets by providing competitive, rewarding salaries and benefits, yet to retain agressive value to customers by continued lean overhead. Now in our third year of growth, we continue to succeed in both as we scale to meet a broad spectrum of challenges ranging from Information Technology support to 3D modeling and Digital Battlefield Communications.
